Courtney Holt will step into the role of executive vice president and head of Maker Studios.

Courtney Holt will step into the role of executive vice president and head of Maker Studios, Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media, owners of the multi-channel network, announced. Holt is the current chief strategy officer for the company.

Holt will report to Jimmy Pitaro, co-chair, Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media, and president, Disney Interactive. The appointment is effective immediately.

Holt will replace Ynon Kreiz, president, Maker, who will vacate his role Jan. 11, 2016.
