Games specialist Goliath has acquired Vivid Toy Group from Privet Capital.

Following the acquisition, Goliath will leverage its game portfolios, including the Pressman and Crown & Andrews portfolios, to launch new games for 2019 under the Vivid banner. Goliath’s marketing team will support Vivid's efforts.

Vivid is an established European independent-branded toy and game company that also deals with distribution, licensing, design, manufacturing and sales of its products and IP. The company has operations in more than 60 countries and distributes to partners such as Amazon, Carrefour, Smyths, Target and Tesco. Vivid is best known for the EMEA distribution of the Crayola brand.
