Endemol Shine U.K. has bought the creative production house Electric Robin and the digital talent management company OP Talent in two separate deals.

“Electric Robin’s track record for creating bespoke, quality content will be a great addition to our branded and short-form output,” says Laurence Jones, commercial director, Endemol Shine U.K. “OP Talent’s roster of male-skewing gamers will work brilliantly alongside FlipSide and their strong lineup of influencers.”

Both companies will operate independently within the group and will report to Jones.
