Dick Clark Productions has terminated its $1 billion sale to China’s Dalian Wanda Group.
According to
Variety
, Eldridge Industries, owners of Dick Clark Productions, filed a suit to receive roughly $25 million in termination fee funds.
Additionally, Eldridge terminated the agreement after Wanda failed to honor its contractual obligations, according to a statement from the company.
