Bulls Licensing Teams to Create Web Services

Bulls Press and its licensing division represent a slate of top-tier brands in Europe including Betty Boop, "Downton Abbey," Moomins and Popeye. Happy L-Lord is the creator of the "Adventure Box" role playing game and game engine.

The companies will adapt Happy L-Lord technology to meet the needs of Bulls Press and its clients, with the first project set to be revealed this fall.
