Bluestar Alliance has won the bid for the Brookstone IP and related assets, following a bold auction process.
The agreement is valued at more than $80 million and includes cash and other properties.
Brookstone was founded more than 50 years ago in New Hampshire and is known for its products in the entertainment, wellness, home and travel markets as well as its distribution through retail, wholesale, catalog and e-commerce.
