Beanstalk has brokered three new deals for the Black & Decker brand.

The three new partnerships include agreements with Wiesner Products, Vanderbilt Home and CYA. Wiesner Products will extend the Black & Decker brand in cookware and bakeware. Vanderbilt Home will develop laundry and bath organization and manual cleaning supplies under the Black & Decker brand. CYA Trading will develop a line of Black & Decker-branded pest control products. All products in the lineup will launch this summer in North America and in select global territories.

The news of Black & Decker’s deals follows the recent announcement for new deals for its subsidiary brand Craftsman.
