Ingrid Selberg, former managing director at Simon & Schuster Children’s UK, has joined the company as director of publishing.
Awesome books will publish three-to-four books each year, with a spotlight on conceptual, commercial stories. Initial releases include
Alienated: Grounded at Groom Lake
by Jeff Norton, a comedy adventure about infamous Area 51 that will roll out Nov. 1.
Awesome Media & Entertainment will also work to develop the books across platforms, with an interest in television.
“I’m delighted to be working with Jeff Norton to launch Awesome Reads and bring these stories which are exciting and emotionally engaging to a wide readership,” says Selberg.
