North American heating and hot water systems manufacturer HTP will develop hot water systems under the Westinghouse brand in North America.

The deal was brokered by Westinghouse’s licensing agent LMCA.

HTP plans to use the Westinghouse brand to establish new channels of distribution, including retail. The company currently sells its products through plumbing and heating wholesale distribution. 

Among the planned products are residential and commercial high efficiency water heating systems, both tank and tankless; residential and commercial high efficiency space heating boilers; residential high efficiency combination hydronic heating and water heating products; and solar thermal heating and domestic hot water systems.
