The relationship will see the development of the DwellStudio brand and its extensive design archive not only in the North American market place, but also throughout major international markets such as China, Europe and Latin America.
The program will feature a multi-faceted approach to brand extension including the creation of standalone stores internationally, as well as furniture, soft home, décor, baby bedroom and the introduction of a diffusion line.

TLC will be responsible for strategic licensing, planning and execution, program management and new business development of the brand.
