North American bedding manufacturer Jeffco Fibres has signed a licensing agreement with The Sun Products Corporation to develop and market Snuggle-branded bedding. The deal was negotiated by LMCA, Sun Products' licensing agent for the Snuggle brand.

The fabric softener brand, best knows for its Snuggle Bear character, will be featured on a new line of pillows, mattresses and mattress toppers in the U.S. and Canada.

"Expanding our product lines to include the Snuggle brand reflects one of the deepest growth commitments Jeffco has made in its 40 year history,” says Jeffrey Lonstein, president and chief operating officer, Jeffco Fibres. "We’re designing and engineering bedding that exactly match consumer’s expectations of the Snuggle brand–snuggly softness that’s comfortable and inviting and promotes better sleep.”

Snuggle Home bedding will arrive store shelves in the fourth quarter of this year.
