Marvel is expanding its partnerships in the home textiles and room décor categories to focus on the college and adult demographic, a major audience for Marvel properties.

Marvel's long-term licensing partners Jay Franco, Northwest, Artissmo, Silver Buffalo and others have all been tapped to design products with a retro comics vibe that is specifically targeted to an older demographic.

Jay Franco is creating a line of adult-focused bedding, pillows and more; Northwest is developing plush throws and throw wraps; Artissmo and Silver Buffalo are designing canvas wall art; Open Roads Brand will launch retro Marvel comic tin signs; and 3DLight FX is creating 3D wall lighting. Assorted Marvel bean bags and other adult chairs will also be available to complete the décor range.
