Celebrity chef and restaurateur Ming Tsai has unveiled his new collection of Simply Ming kitchen tools and accessories on HSN.

Tsai, who is the star of the public television show "Simply Ming," created the line in partnership with HSN subsidiary Ingenious Designs. Tsai drew on his culinary background to create uniquely engineered products that meet the demands of today's home cooks, both experienced and novice.

"Having a background in mechanical engineering has enabled me to hone in on developing products that are smart, well-designed and easy to use,” says Tsai. “My goal is that these items will help folks feel more comfortable and confident in their own kitchens."

Among the items included in the new Simply Ming line are knife sets, knife sharpeners, a cutting board, a cooking station induction burner, pans and two cookbooks–Simply Ming One-Pot Meals and Simply Ming in Your Kitchen.
