Heritage French home brand Blanc Des Vosges and MRH SpaRotica Groupé have entered into a joint venture with related IP assets in China.
The 50/50 joint venture will leverage the existing MRH vertical and franchise networks, providing a platform for collaboration including a dedicated Blanc Des Vosges team.
Additionally, the partnership will encompass both offline and online distribution and manufacturing as well as launch a series of Blanc Des Vosges retail locations. More than 10 retail stores, and an e-commerce platform, will be developed by the end of 2018.
