Mindy Grossman has been tapped to serve as the new president and chief executive officer of Weight Watchers, effective this July. Grossman will also join the company’s board of directors.

Grossman joins Weight Watchers from HSN, where she was chief executive officer since 2008. Under her leadership, she transformed the HSN brand into a lifestyle network, launched industry-leading digital innovations and formed unique and successful partnerships with leading brands and personalities.
