In addition to the invaluable keynotes and informative sessions offered at Festival of Licensing, attendees were able to take a break and enjoy some health-promoting, engaging sessions hosted by ViacomCBS Consumer Products.

ViacomCBS is exhibiting at Festival of Licensing, a month-long large-scale digital gathering that unites the global licensing industry to connect, learn, strike deals and do business on an international stage. The event takes place Oct. 6-29. Register for free now!

In the “Get Up and Move with Nick Jr” community and wellness session, visitors are able to invite their little ones to join in on the fun and watch their favorite Nick Jr. friends guide them through family-friendly dance moves, yoga poses and stretching exercises.

In the “Retro MTV Workout” session, fitness influencer Sydney Cummings leads viewers through an MTV-themed workout full of tips, fun and retro themes around the network. The session offers visitors a chance to take a break from business sessions and get their workout in for the day.

Visitors are also able to join a “SpongeBob SquarePants”-themed yoga session entitled “Bikini Bottom Yoga.” The session is hosted by yoga enthusiast Adanna Paul, and offers viewers a calming yoga practice, with the backdrop of tropical music and ocean sounds.
