The Universal Studios Hollywood theme park is celebrating Christmas with a twist, with a series of character appearances, activities and behind-the-scenes experiences based on Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
A special area in the park will be turned into a snow-covered winter wonderland featuring a curving, 60-foot tall Grinchmas tree, a colorfully costumed Who-ville choir and Whobilation performances.
Celebrities from film, television and music will also host readings of Dr. Seuss' classic tale.
Throughout the event, The Grinch, Max and the Who-ville Whos will be on hand to meet fans and take photos.
Park visitors will also get a look at the original Who-ville film sets from Universal’s 2000 film adaptation of How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
Grinchmas, which is included in the price of theme park admission, will begin on Dec. 8 and continue through Dec. 31.
