Unlimited Footwear Group, Lyle & Scott Announce Licensing Agreement

Golf brand, Lyle & Scott, and Unlimited Footwear Group (UFG) have announced a new strategic licensing partnership. 

The alliance will see UFG designing, producing and distributing all upcoming branded Lyle & Scott footwear collections throughout the entire European Union, U.K, Switzerland, Scandinavia and the U.S. 

Lyle & Scott will enter the footwear industry with a consolidated collection in 2023. UFG’s The Heritage Footwear Company division in Utrecht will manage the Lyle & Scott Footwear collections, with plans to launch two collections a year and will distribute Lyle & Scott footwear through its international sales network.  

“Lyle & Scott has a unique positioning in the market, a strong brand, known for its craftsmanship and heritage,” says Bart van Helvoirt, chief executive officer, UFG. “We are delighted to share the news of adding this great brand to our portfolio. UFG sees a very strong potential globally for Lyle & Scott footwear and aims to have the brand benefit from UFG’s 30-plus

years of expertise and international network. We are looking forward to a great collaboration with the Lyle & Scott team for the further expansion and awareness of the Lyle & Scott brand.” 

The dedicated Lyle & Scott Footwear team will operate from Utrecht, the Netherlands, through UFG´s The Heritage Footwear Company division.
