Country music star Luke Combs has teamed with Crocs again for a new collaboration. This time, the duo is releasing Bootlegger slides.
The foam slides are inspired by a guitar with both a woodgrain sole and a guitar string-patterned footbed.
The shoes come with Bootlegger-themed Jibbitz charms, including a real guitar pick and a holder for it.
“Even though I haven’t been able to hit the road this summer, I still wanted to connect with my fans,” says Combs. “So I used this time to get creative with my friends at Crocs to design another shoe… and this time in a slide version. If you didn’t already know from my first two collaborations – I love Crocs, and there’s nothing that brings happiness quite like music and comfortable shoes. I’m excited to introduce my brand-new Bootlegger Slide, that is sure to be your summer sandal.”
Previously, the two collaborated twice on shoes, which both sold out within minutes. The first release was in June 2019 for a classic clog with a wood panel-inspired foam upper and Jibbitz that referenced Combs’ roots. In November of the same year, they debuted a hunting-themed style with a camo upper and a bottle opener Jibbitz.
Crocs has also recently collaborated with Madewell, Peeps and KFC as well as celebrities like Post Malone and Drew Barrymore.
The newest Luke Combs shoes are priced at $40 and are set to release at 12 p.m. ET on July 21.
