Warner Bros. has partnered with K-Swiss to develop a collection of Quidditch-inspired footwear for the Harry Potter Wizarding World.
The Harry Potter x K-Swiss Firebolt Hypercourt Express 2 is inspired by the Quidditch broom it takes its name after and features black bristles, silver footholds and a wood grain. The shoes comes adorned with enchanted keys that can be scanned on the Wizarding World app to give fans an additional surprise. Shoes are also wrapped in tissue paper made to look like a Daily Prophet newspaper.
For “Harry Potter” devotees, 20 fans in U.K. will be given a shoe box containing a golden snitch collectible. Fans can share photos tagging @WizardingWorld with the hashtag #ICaughtAGoldenSnitch to have a chance to be re-shared on social media.
Fans must be a registered member of the Harry Potter Fan Club is order to purchase the shoes. Gold members get an exclusive 24-hour early access window beginning July 22 and save 20 percent on the shoes while supplies last, as well as other items in the Wizarding World online shop.
A limited number of K-Swiss x Harry Potter shoes will be available for Harry Potter Fan Club members from the Wizarding World shop on July 23.
