Village Tea Distribution Company has entered a multi-year licensing agreement with Verite Retail Group to create retail stores and a new e-commerce platform for the Village Tea Company brand in North America.

Over the next five years VRG plans to open more than 100 retail locations as well as re-launch the brand’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce site to complement Village Tea's existing wholesale distribution strategy.
