Cookies United, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Baking Co. (manufacturer of the Uncle Wally’s brand of baked goods), has purchased certain assets of the Silver Lake Cookie Co., and the Silver Lake brand is now part of the Uncle Wally’s family of baked goods.
