The deal was brokered by Tootsie’s licensing agent Synchronicity.
The line of charms and attachable accessories will feature imagery from Charms Blow Pops, DOTS gumdrops and Tootsie Roll Pops alongside messages like “Life is Sweet” and “Pop Stars!.”
