Facilitated by Broad Street Licensing Group, the agreement will bring Tony Roma’s BBQ flavors to the potato chip category for the first time.

The deal is the latest in a string of announcements from the casual dining brand as it heads into its 45th anniversary, that have also included new licensing deals in the U.S., Europe, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, restaurant growth across the U.S., Spain, Nicaragua and Bolivia, and the launch of Tony Roma’s new global prototype restaurant in Orlando.

“The past year has provided us with a tremendous amount of growth and opportunity, and we are proud to continue our strong brand transformation by extending the Tony Roma’s brand and our signature flavors into the potato chip market,” says Bradley Scher, president and chief executive officer of Romacorp. “Our goal is to continually

elevate our brand experience by joining forces with best-in-class retail and restaurant business partners around the world, and we are excited to work with the innovative team at Burt’s Chips to bring our signature BBQ sauce flavors to the snack market.”
