NORTH AMERICA–Margaritaville Holdings and St. Martin’s Press have joined forces to pen the first cookbook for the global lifestyle brand.

The cookbook, titled

Margaritaville: The Cookbook: Relaxed Recipes for a Taste of Paradise

, is co-authored by Margaritaville concept chef Carlo Sernaglia and food writer Julia Turschen, and features an array of appetizers, soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, main dishes, sides and dessert recipes. It also features recipes for the perfect cocktail, including Jimmy’s Perfect Margarita, Paradise Palomas and more.

Popular recipes from the cookbook include Margaritaville’s signature Cheeseburger in Paradise, Seared Grouper with Mango Salsa, Lobster Hash Browns with Jalapeno Cheese and desserts like Baked Florida.

Margaritaville: The Cookbook: Relaxed Recipes for a Taste of Paradise

will be available in hardcover and e-book versions beginning May 1, 2018.
