The candy maker has partnered with Dolly Madison Ice Cream for a collection of branded treats.

NORTH AMERICA—Pez has joined forces with Dolly Madison Ice Cream to develop a line of Pez-inspired frozen novelty products for the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Lisa Marks Associates, Pez’s licensing agency, brokered the deal.

The initial collection of frozen treats will feature PEZ emoji face pops, fun-up pops and super pops in a variety of fruity, tropical and rainbow flavors inspired by the original PEZ candy tablets.

“We are excited to be partnering with a great company like Dolly Madison Ice Cream to expand the Pez brand into the frozen novelty product segment,” says Christian Jegen, chief operating officer, Pez. “We are confident that consumers will love the collection of frozen treats that will come out of this cooperation.”

The new Pez-inspired frozen novelty products are scheduled to hit shelves in March 2018.
