MoonPie Moonshine, a hard liquor inspired by the classic treat, has been named World’s Best Liqueur at the 2015 World Liqueur Awards.
Also named Best Chocolate Liqueur of the competition, the small batch liquor is available in 750 ml. jars in MoonPie’s signature chocolate, vanilla and banana flavors.
The beverage, which launched on shelf last year, is created be Limestone Branch Distillery, in a deal that was brokered by Lisa Marks Associates.
