Kangaru, maker of scented stationery and activities, has aligned with Impact Confections to create a Warheads sour candy scented program.

Development is now underway as Kangaru Brands expands its merchandise offerings for 2021-2022 leveraging Warheads flavors and the Wally character. Kangaru will offer scented stationery and art materials based on the colors, aroma and flavor of the brand that has been a pioneering force in sour candy for more than 35 years.

"Wally Warheads and the brand's bright flavorful iconic artwork will make for an explosive combination of scents for our new program,” says Joe DiPalma, chief executive officer, Kangaru.

The licensing deal was brokered by Alita's Brand Bar representing Kangaru and Lisa Marks Associates representing Warheads.

“We are excited to work with Kangaru to develop terrific Warheads-inspired scented stationery products for consumers,” says Lisa Marks, president, Lisa Marks Associates. “These products leveraging the fun Wally Warheads character and colorful brand personality are sure to be enjoyed by Warheads fans everywhere!”

This license comes on the heels of Kangaru announcing its foray into licensing last month.
