Marking the first time Finsbury and Bosh! have partnered with a coffee shop, the Bosh! Ultimate Slice – a new chocolate, tiffin, cookie and fudge creation – will be on sale beginning March 4 in stores nationwide and across Deliveroo and UberEats.

“Our partnership with BOSH! has allowed us to expand into the vegan category, and as the range continues to grow and do well, we’re excited to continue working hard and create high-quality, enjoyable cakes that can be enjoyed by everyone – regardless of dietary preference,” says Jack Cook-Broussine, brand manager, Finsbury Food Group. “The launch of the new BOSH! Ultimate Slice is the first time we’ve partnered with a coffee chain, and indeed it’s Costa’s first time launching a vegan product of this kind, and so we’re incredibly enthusiastic about the opportunities this presents moving forward, for our business but also for brands and consumers alike.”

“We’re delighted to be entering into this partnership with BOSH! and Finsbury, offering our customers

a brand-new vegan product that should satisfy even the sweetest of sweet tooths,” adds a Costa Coffee spokesperson. “As the nation’s favorite coffee shop, we always strive to put customer experience at the heart of everything we do, which is why we’re incredibly excited to be introducing this exclusive product that our customers can’t get anywhere else.”

“We’re so excited to be working with Finsbury Food Group and Costa Coffee to bring customers our Ultimate Chocolate Slice,” says Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, owners, BOSH! “Since BOSH! began in 2016, it has been our mission to help expand the vegan offering on the high street, so we’re incredibly proud to be collaborating with the nation’s favorite coffee shop. It is a real milestone for us and for veganism. Together, we have created this super tasty, indulgent treat for everyone to enjoy… whether you’re vegan or not!”

According to the new partnership, the vegan industry is expected to grow by 132 percent – reaching a worth of £7.4 billion – by the end of 2021.
