E L James, author of the romance novel Fifty Shades of Grey, has launched a collection of wines inspired by the book series.

Featuring the tagline “You Are Mine,” the Fifty Shades of Grey wines were personally blended by James along with winemakers in California's premium North Coast appellation.

"Wine plays an important role in Fifty Shades of Grey, adding to the sensuality that pervades a number of scenes," says James. "I've always had a penchant for good wine, so combining two of my passions was a natural extension of the series. I hope my readers curl up with a glass as they enjoy the romance between Anastasia and Christian."

The line currently features two varieties: Red Satin, which is a blend of Petite Sirah and Syrah, and White Silk, a blend of Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc.

Red Satin and White Silk are now available for purchase at FiftyShadesWine.com and will be available in the U.S. this month at Albertsons, Wine.com and other retailers nationwide.
