Having trained in a twice rosette Restaurant and cooked on private super yachts for Arabic royalty, Garciahas founded three of London’s most well known sell-out pop-up restaurants: The Wild Food Kitchen, Jimmy’s Supper Club and SouthWest Supper Club.
The addition furthers DCD's current aim to build out is publishing program with prominent chefs.
