Toyo Beverage in Tokyo are launching Chupa Chups inspired chilled cup drinks.

The milk-based drinks have been developed under license of Perfetti Van Melle and will be available in convenience stores, merchandise stores and drug stores across Japan.

The first flavor, “Chupa Chups Strawberry Cream” launched on July 14 and a second flavor will launch in August.

Perfetti Van Melle has a long list of global licensing partners. Along with the Toyo Beverage deal, the candy maker also launched a cosmetics line with Polka Beauty in Indonesia.
