Discovery Communications has tapped Single Cup Coffee to create a line of Keurig-compatible, single-serve coffee cups inspired by the TLC series, “Cake Boss.” 

The line will include eight blends infused with the flavors of host Buddy Valastro’s favorite bakery creations including Hazelnut Biscotti, Chocolate Cannoli and Italian Rum Cake.

“Cake Boss coffees offer a fresh take on what we expect from our existing single-serve coffee lines,” says Tim Cook, president, Single Cup Coffee. “The Cake Boss Coffee line is bringing in brand-new flavors inspired by the delicious Italian pastries and cakes seen on the show.”

Debuting later this spring, the first offering will be the medium roast Buddy’s Blend, which will be followed by additional releases across the U.S. and Canada.

“Whether at home, in my bakery or on the road, I don’t start my morning without a hot cup of coffee,” says Valastro. “I’ve been working with TLC and the coffee pros at Single Cup Coffee to create a variety of coffee flavors unique to Cake Boss that can satisfy both the sweet tooth and coffee craving.”
