Rosa Mexicano, a destination for Mexican cuisine, has selected global brand licensing agency, Beanstalk, to extend its brand into food and beverage categories, including frozen meals, spice/rub blends, margarita mixes, dips, salsas, soups and refrigerated meats.

Beanstalk will leverage Rosa Mexicano’s Mexican roots and the techniques of Mexico’s varied culinary regions to deliver flavors to consumers’ homes in the U.S. and Canada.

“We have been transporting diners on a culinary journey through our unique, elevated and sophisticated Mexican dining experience for almost 40 years,” says Jim Dunn, chief executive officer, Rosa Mexicano. “Chef Josefina Howard’s unique spirit, class and great taste are widely credited with introducing Mexican fine dining in the United States. Through licensing, we will offer consumers new ways to bring Rosa Mexicano’s rich culinary heritage, as well as the fun of our dining experience to the home.”

“Beanstalk is thrilled to be partnering with beloved restaurant brand, Rosa Mexicano,” says Allison Ames, president and chief executive officer, Beanstalk. “Anyone who’s ever dined at Rosa Mexicano has enjoyed its delicious cuisine and cocktails. It was an early pioneer of today’s food culture and delivers on authenticity, taste and outstanding cuisine. We look forward to extending Rosa Mexicano’s brand love to food and beverage products that consumers can enjoy at home.”
