Vans, Leica and Ray Barbee Launch 'Capturing the Journey' Collection

Vans, Leica Camera and Vans athlete, professional skateboarder and part-time photographer Ray Barbee have joined forces to bring the signature character of each brand to a new capsule collection. 

After turning pro in 1989, Barbee became one of the first freestyle flat ground skateboarders and has spent decades capturing photoshoots. To celebrate this, Vault by Vans and Barbee have brought several footwear silhouettes, apparel lines and accessories to the market for sale via the Vault by Vans store.  

In addition to the “Capturing the Journey” line, Leica has joined the collaboration to work with Vans and Barbee to bring a limited-edition Leica D-Lux 7 Vans x Ray Barbee camera to life: featuring Barbee’s signature and Vans’ distinctive checkboard pattern.
