Laura Ashley Expands into Jewelry
New jewelry line, in partnership with Gecko Jewellery, takes inspiration from the home and lifestyle brand’s archival prints.
Home and lifestyle brand, Laura Ashley, has announced the expansion of its accessories range to include jewelry in partnership with British company, Gecko Jewellery. The new 60-piece collection features necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings. Laura Ashley’s licensing agency, IMG, facilitated the partnership.
The collection is inspired by Laura Ashley prints and has been crafted sustainably, using ethically sourced materials and environmental practices. The six pieces in the Camelot collection feature botanical elements from early Laura Ashley archival prints. The Wild Meadows collection features stones for day-to-night styling and is inspired by Laura Ashley’s Wild Meadows print. Bows are also featured in a woman’s and children’s jewelry line that pairs well with Laura Ashley’s Mommy and Me clothing lines.
“It’s truly inspiring to see how the jewelry designers have drawn from the iconic patterns that originated at a kitchen table in Pimlico over 70 years ago and transformed them into a collection that seamlessly blends modern sophistication with timeless elegance,” says Poppy Marshall-Lawton, vice president, Laura Ashley. “We’re excited to see this collection launch, adding the perfect finishing touch to both our women’s and girls’ wear lines.”
The range will be available through a network of U.K. Independents and online retailer Primrose Hill Jewellery.
