Women in Toys, Licensing and Entertainment has elected Janice Ross to vice president and Stephanie Mendoza to chair its new WIT Young Professionals Network.

In her new role as vice president, Ross will work to implement the group's strategic plan, manage delivery and effectiveness of WIT’s Programs around the globe.

Ross is a managing partner as Brand Fresh Management. Previous roles include senior positions at American Greetings Entertainment and senior vice president of licensing and business development at Lisa Frank.

In her new role as chair of the young professionals’ network, Mendoza will spearhead efforts to increase engagement with WIT’s international network of young professionals. She currently serves as the manager of North American Licensing at Sesame Street. Previous roles include project manager at MSI Entertainment and more.
