As part of the reorg, WarnerMedia will form teams around entertainment networks, live programming, content production and sales.

Robert Greenblatt will join and assume the role of chairman of WarnerMedia Entertainment and Direct-to-Consumer. Greenblatt most recently served as chairman of NBC Entertainment.

Jeff Zucker will assume an expanded role, serving as chairman of WarnerMedia News & Sports and president of CNN.

Kevin Tsujihara will continue to serve as chairman and chief executive officer of Warner Bros. with added responsibilities that include overseeing a new global kids and young adults business.

Gerhard Zeiler has been upped from president of Turner International to chief revenue officer of WarnerMedia.

“We have done an amazing job establishing our brands as leaders in the hearts and minds of consumers,” says John Stankey, chief executive officer, WarnerMedia. “Adding Bob Greenblatt to the WarnerMedia family and expanding the leadership scope and responsibilities of Jeff, Kevin and Gerhard–who collectively have more than 80 years of global media experience and success–gives us the right management team to strategically position our leading portfolio of brands, world-class talent and rich library of intellectual property for future growth.”

Greenblatt-led WarnerMedia Entertainment will include HBO, TNT, TBS and truTV and the direct-to-consumer business. WarnerMedia News & Sports includes CNN Worldwide (CNN, CNN.com, CNN International, CNN en Español, HLN, Great Big Story), Bleacher Report, Turner Sports and AT&T Regional Sports Networks.

The new Tsujihara-led Global Kids & Young Adults business will be part of Warner Bros.’ film, television and games operations and will combine the family, kids and animation efforts across WarnerMedia, including Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and Boomerang.
