Viacom International Media Networks South has appointed Victor Mourão as general manager of VIMN Portugal.

Long-time VIMN employee Mourão will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of VIMN’s Portuguese operation including linear and digital operations for MTV and Nickelodeon, commercial partnerships, program sales, consumer products and other ancillary businesses.
