The former Under Armour executive will oversee Vetta’s portfolio, which includes Top of the World Licensed Group and J. America Wholesale Blanks.
NORTH AMERICA–Vetta Brands, a specialist in licensed and wholesale blank apparel and headwear, has appointed Glenn Silbert as the company’s chief executive officer.
Prior to joining the company, Silbert most recently served as senior vice president of product and global brand licensing at Under Armour. He has also held a variety of roles in all areas of consumer products–including merchandising, sourcing, marketing, operations and strategic planning–with Gap, Macy’s, Foot Locker and Carter’s.

Vetta’s portfolio includes Top of the World Licensed Group, which holds licenses with more than 700 colleges and universities, John Deere and numerous military and resort brands. Its portfolio also includes J. America Wholesale Blanks, which creates blank goods in the imprinted apparel market.
