Vikram Sharma will oversee sales across toys, apparel, and more in the region.

ASIA–Turner Asia Pacific has appointed Vikram Sharma to serve as president of regional licensing and merchandising for Cartoon Network Enterprises.

In his new role, Sharma will work to increase sales across the region for branded toys, apparel, home entertainment, publishing and lifestyle products for properties including “Ben 10” and “Adventure Time.” In addition, he will oversee the emoticon brand Tuzki.

Prior to Turner, Sharma served as the head of consumer products business for Disney in Thailand.  Sharma held various positions at Disney in Asia with a focus on retail and franchise monetization.
