In his new role, Venezia will continue to be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional shopping experience across the company’s more than 850 stores nationwide. His expanded responsibilities will comprise of providing strategic direction and support for global store operations–including global initiatives and facilitating best practices in the operations area.

Venezia joined Toys ‘R’ Us in February 2014 as senior vice president, store operations. Prior to joining the company he held key management and operations positions at The Pantry, Walmart U.S., Wells Fargo Merchant Services and Procter & Gamble.
