

First, Cook has been named vice president of insights and strategy. In this role, she will lead and manage the company’s research team, generating actionable insights and recommendations from qualitative and quantitative research data.
Most recently, Cook was vice president of research and analytics for IFC. Prior to that, she spent 10 years with Comedy Central, where was senior vice president of strategic insights and research.
Next, Perez will join Sprout as vice president of program strategy and acquisitions. In this newly created role, she will lead programming and scheduling strategy for Sprout to maximize cross-platform viewership. She will also create high-impact tent-pole events for both linear and digital platforms and will work to capitalize on market trends and emerging platform opportunities.

Finally, Lindley has been named to the role of vice president of digital. In his new position, Lindley will oversee Sprout’s growing digital business and will create experiences for the preschool audience across all digital platforms. He will also set strategic direction for growing the network’s digital business.
Before joining Sprout, Lindley was senior director of digital programming and product for Epix. He has also held senior positions with DreamWorks and various digital roles at The Walt Disney Company and BBC Children’s Interactive.
