Federico de Bellegarde has been promoted to senior vice president of licensing for The Sharper Image.

Bellegarde joined the new Sharper Image (owned by Bluestar Alliance, Hilco Consumer Capital and Gordon Brothers Group) in June 2008 as vice president of licensing. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at the former Sharper Image.

"Federico has demonstrated an ongoing dedication to the Sharper Image brand and continues to foster strong licensing and retail relationships which are paramount for our growth," says Joey Gabbay, president of The Sharper Image and chief executive officer of Bluestar Alliance.
