EUROPE–Prism has unveiled a new management team to help reshape its offering as a brand-centric, sports and entertainment agency.

Dominic Grainger, chief executive officer of WPP Sports Practice, has joined the company as chairman. Meanwhile, Jamie Copas, global client leader, Team Aston Martin Lagonda, has joined as group general manager. Both executives will also continue in their existing roles.

“Prism’s new management team, led by Jamie, brings a wealth of knowledge which will create greater value for our clients than ever before,” says Grainger. “Prism’s refocused offering as a leading brand engagement agency in sport and entertainment will also have the ability to draw upon other WPP capabilities as required.”

Furthermore, Prism’s new position will emphasis five key capabilities: strategy, insight and analytics; partnership negotiation and management; planning and creative; brand content and communications; and brand experiences and events. The company’s new positioning also complements its work with existing clients such as Aston Martin. Other clients within Prism’s portfolio include Subway, Infiniti, Avon, Tata Consultancy Services, Ford, IHG and Mazda.
