Australian production company Life Like Touring, which develops children’s live entertainment, has appointed Antonio Huab as vice president, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Huab is a seasoned licensing and marketing executive with more than 20 years experience in the entertainment industry. In his new role, he will drive LLT’s ticketed and non-ticketed businesses across these key regions, identifying cross synergies and establishing strategic partnerships.

“The Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions are important and vital areas of growth for our business,” says Anton Berezin, managing director, LLT. “Our aim is to continue to deliver world-class, quality entertainment in these regions. Huab brings a wealth of experience and local knowledge to the role and we are thrilled he has joined us at our Melbourne headquarters.”

Most recently, Huab was senior vice president of HIT Entertainment, managing TV distribution, consumer products, live events and attractions across Asia-Pacific.

Prior to this, he held the role of deputy general manager for Hutchison Harbour Ring, the licensing agent for Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network in Hong Kong, Macau and Greater China. Huab also spent ten years working on Disney brands with stints at The Walt Disney Company, DCP’s Southeast Asia licensing agent and Feld Entertainment.

"I'm very excited to focus on live events, as I believe it's a critical piece in a brand's success,” says Huab. “LLT's business is founded on real creativity, understanding the audience, and delivering a quality live event. I look forward to growing their international business, particularly in Asia and the Middle East, where we see significant opportunities.”
