NORTH AMERICA–Terry Lundgren, executive chairman, Macy’s, has been elected as chairman of the National Retail Federation board of directors.

Chief executive officers from Sam’s Club, Total Wine and More, QVC and Petco will also join the NRF board of directors.

NORTH AMERICA–Terry Lundgren, executive chairman, Macy’s, has been elected as chairman of the National Retail Federation board of directors.

Lundgren will replace Mindy Grossman, former chief executive officer, HSNi, who resigned from the board after leaving the retail industry to head Weight Watchers.

Additionally, four new members were elected to the board. They include:

  • John Furner, president and chief executive officer, Sam’s Club

  • Mike George, president and chief executive officer, QVC

  • Adam Orvos, chief executive officer, Total Wine and More

  • Brad Weston, chief executive officer, Petco.
