Marquee Adds Consumer Brands Exec

David Zolot has joined Neuberger Berman Private Equity as a principal for Marquee Brands.

In his new role, Zolot will focus on sourcing and executive consumer and branded acquisitions for Marquee Brands.

Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Zolot most recently served as senior vice president, corporate development, at Saban Brands. He also served as vice president of strategic development at Iconix Brand Group.

“With the successful capital raise completed, and Marquee’s world-class brand management capabilities, we are well positioned to continue to seek and acquire brands on a global basis,” says Zolot. “I look forward to helping Marquee leverage my global network and experience to complete acquisitions of high-quality consumer brands.”
