Green joined Loudmouth in early 2014 as the executive vice president and general manager of sales and marketing. He was promoted to president in June 2014. Since joining Loudmouth, Green and his executive team have reorganized the day-to-day business of the company and refocused the brand vision, with licensing playing a large part. Partnerships such as collegiate apparel with sports leagues such as Major League Baseball will be a key focus for Green this year, as will expanding the brand's demographic reach, specifically focused on women.
Before joining Loudmouth, Green was the managing partner at Indexla, where he led branding and design efforts for several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, Green served as senior vice president of global product at Hurley, senior vice president of global creative for Disney Consumer Products, director at Nike and vice
