The Licensing Shop has tapped Jill K. Cook to serve as its new head of retail business development.
In her new role, Cook will oversee properties including Moose Toys’ Shopkins and Pikmi Pop Surprise! brands.
Most Recently, Cook served as the vice president of licensing for Fender Musical Instruments Corp. Other roles include director of retail development at Mattel and director of retail business development at Sanrio.
“Jill has an impressive reputation for being creative, professional and very strategic in her approach to business development," says Steve Fowler, president, The Licensing Shop. "Her 14-plus years of experience with children’s entertainment and toy brands from Mattel and Sanrio will be a great asset contributing to the work we are doing for Moose Toys.”
